Answer The numbering depends on the insertion order of the object and cannot be modified afterward. In the case of Rooms, if there are only a few, you can simply reinsert them in the desired order.
More generally, you can use Group or Type from the properties toolbox on the right to assign a new “numbering”.
How to proceed:
Select the object, for example a room;
In the properties toolbox on the right, locate Classification;
Enter the value in Group or Type and press Enter on your keyboard (for example: select the first Room >> enter "1" in Group >> press Enter);
Repeat the process for the other objects in the same way.
The variables defined in Group or Type and related to the new numbering can be used in labels, schedules, legends, quantity take-offs, etc.
