Request Can I create a file in which to report the various work phases of the Terrain environment?
Response Yes, in the Terrain environment it is possible to use levels to divide the different work phases of a project.
An example of organizing Terrain levels could be the following: - SURVEY, this is the first level where I can report the terrain morphology (from dxf/dwg or from Google Maps). - Project (1), possibly renamed to Existing, where I report the current state of the area involved (existing roads, flower beds, vegetation, etc.). - Excavations, in this level I create the earthworks necessary for the construction of the project. - Road System, I insert the designed Roads and Yards. - External Arrangements, I complete the model by inserting objects related to the building (swimming pool, stairs, ramps, yards, ...).
The creation of the various levels is completely personal and depends on the type of work to be carried out; for example, I might need to subdivide the Excavations level into bulk excavation, trench excavation and backfilling.
