| Victor 2016-02-29 10:52:16 Dear sir, you need to make sure there is full compatibility between the inserted Module and the relating Inverter choice. In your case, please follow the steps as suggested in the attached illustration where you'll need to set the "Electrical Verification margins" to zero.(see image IMG-01). If this still doesn't work please use the manual configuration section that allows you to pin point why there's a compatibility problem. (see image IMG-02). Here's how to proceed; 1. activate the custom inverter selection dialog. 2. set the correct parameters by switching to Manual configuration. 3. select the correct combination for the PV Field indicating the correct number of modules per string. 4. make sure that the "Electrical verifications" section are all satisfied.
