Answer Is it possible to 'find and replace' an item by using the ' Drag & Drop - REPLACE ' function which performs a replacement even if the items are Rate Analysis Items.
To replace an item from the Price List editor, the following conditions must be met: A - the rate code of the dragged item must be different from the rate code of the item to be replaced; B - the dragged item must NOT already be present in the Price List editor (therefore the dragged item CANNOT be acquired from the same Price List of the item to be replaced)
In case both the items are already present in the Price List editor and the item to be acquired has NOT been used in the BoQ, you can just adopt this procedure: 1 - create a new document by opening the Wizard (SuperWizard) and using the BoQ as a reference model; 2 - acquire only the General Data from the reference document; 3 - arrange the two documents side by side; 4 - select the items from the Measurements editor of the old BoQ, drag and drop them in the Measurements editor of the new document; 5 - access the Price List editor of the two documents; 6 - acquire an item from the Price List editor of the old calculation and drag it with Drag & Drop - REPLACES over the item to be replaced in the new document.
