| Viewing strange characters and abnormal formatting in the print documentAntony 2020-07-13 16:24:20 I'd like to share another technical support case with our PriMus users Request I'm getting strange text formatting and I have strange fonts apearing for some items in the print document. Can someone help me with this issue? Answer This could be caused by the description text of one or more price list items. Note - the text may contain particular fonts/text formattings that were copied from external documents (Word, PDF, internet pages, etc.) from which the description was obtained (copied) POSSIBLE SOLUTION: 1) create a copy of your PriMus document - save with a different name (to preserve the original file); 2) now run the function, 'Remove Text Formatting' from the Tools menu --> see figure |
