| How to import PDF, Word and Excel data into PriMusAntony 2018-11-20 18:01:41 Here's an interesting technical support issue that I wanted to share with our PriMus users. QUESTION How does BoQ data import work when needing to use .docx, .xlsx and .pdf file formats? ANSWER You can import these file formats: A) in 'direct' mode, if these document types were created by PriMus during export with the following methods: --> Export to .PDF --> Export to Word 2007/2010 (.docx) --> Export to Excel 2007/2010 (.xlsx) B) using'indirect' mode, when these data file formats weere created using other software. In this case, to be able to use the exported data in PriMus, simply proceed in one of the following ways: a) - using copy/paste --> see attached figure b) - by sending your file in the (Word, Excel, ASCII, MDB, TXT, CSV, PDF, etc.) file to our technical support team with a request for conversion note --> see attached illustration |
