Antony | How to change the items sorting while printing the BoQAntony 2018-10-23 18:36:33 I want to share a request for technical support Request Is it possible to change the items sorting order in the BoQ printout? Answer The numbering 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, ..., 6/7, 7/8, 8/9, etc., will be proposed when a different sorting order has been chosen instead of a inserting order (normal). Looking at the technical report attached to your request, items 6, 7, 8, etc., are numbered as 6/7, 7/8, 8/9, etc., this is because in the BoQ, they are inserted in positions 7, 8, 9, etc. If you don’t want a "double numbering", simply choose the sorting order as Normal in the General page under Print Settings. -> see figure The numbering method, 1/1, 2/2 ..., etc., is also proposed when items belonging to any Chapters and/or Categories are excluded from the printed document. Therefore, in this case, under the Chapters and/or Categories page under Print Settings, there are probably some deselected Chapters (Super Chapters, Chapters and Sub Chapters ) and/or some Categories (Super Categories, Categories and Sub Categories). -> see explanatory image In order to obtain the 'single' numbering of the items, select the ALL option for Chapters (Super Chapters, Chapters and Sub Chapters) and/or Categories (Super Categories, Categories and Sub Categories) pages. -> see figure |
