Answer In order to avoid unwanted modifications, you should enable the password function by inserting a password in 'Change Read and write Password' in the Password page under the General Data section of the document that you want to protect from changes -> see attached image The next time the document is opened, it will prompt the user to insert the password enabling changes, otherwise the document can be used only in 'Read-Only mode ' -> see attached image |
