How to use the 'description only' option for price list items

Request In the "view details", for price list items, I see a "description only" option, what's it for?
Answer Price list items with the ' Description only ' option enabled are free of any 'Units of Measure' or any 'unit rate'; and are used only as a 'Description' and NOT a standard price list item to be used in the BoQ/Estimate.
In some price lists - Description only item is used to add Notes, Warnings, etc.
The best usage would be to enable this function only in the Price List editor. In this case the 'Note' would be displayed correctly only when printing the Price List.
