Here's a technical support case that I'm sharing with our priMus users
QUESTION When I copy and paste entries from an Excel spreadsheet to a PriMus document Price List editor, the unit rates change. In my case, for example, the price 2,502 euro (where the comma indicates the thousands separator) contained in the Excel sheet, when imported into the PriMus document, is converted to 2.50 euro (where the point indicates the decimal separator)
How should I proceed so that PriMus understands that the comma indicates the thousands separator and not the decimal separator?
ANSWER Before copying the entries from the Excel sheet, remove the thousands separators from the unit rate column .
This will force PriMus to consider the Program's thousands separator as default
