Antony | How to automatically find elementary costs entered manually in the Rate Analysis moduleAntony 2018-09-04 16:47:27 Here's a technical support request that I wanted to share with our users request Can I pinpoint elementary costs entered manually in a Price List and identified with an (F) marker in addition to existing items marked with (E) Answer In the Rate Analysis editor, insert/create an Elementary Cost (E) and NOT a Free Entry (L). Elements (such as for example: Water, Worker, etc.) used in the various rate analysis must be price list items, with a: rate code, an item description, unit of measurement and unit rate. Example: - rate code: A.01.001 - description: Water - unit of measurement: m3 - unit price: 0.93 -> see explanatory image The Elementary Costs (E) , can be: a) created directly in the Rate Analysis editor -> see image In such case, the Rate Analysis editor, create a new Elementary Cost (E) and NOT a Free Entry (L). Elementary Costs will also be available in the Price List editor too. b) acquired: - from the Price List editor of the same document -> see figure - from the Price List editor of a reference document -> see the explanatory image |
