How to export the 'Summary' of Work Categories in Excel

Here's a technical support request that I wanted to share with our Users

Request
Is it possible to export the Categories structure of my document in the Excel format?

Answer
To get the Summary of Work Categories in Excel, you have to choose 'Export to CSV file' from the 'Export...' menu after selecting the option 'Summary' (Super Categories, Categories, and Sub Categories) from the Bill of Quantities Print settings section.

Note - the exported data can subsequently be customized (grouped, filtered, etc.) and/or extended in terms of contet with additional data using Excel formulas, etc
