| Automatic search for a Price book item in more than one documentAntony 2017-09-11 17:36:45 I would like to share a request for assistance Request In my PC I have a folder containing a lot of Price Lists: is it possible to automatically search for a certain data (Tariff code, part of the Description, etc.) in the mentioned folder without opening up all the Price books? Answer You need to use the specific function "Find Price List item on disk"; you just need to indicate the data to look for and choose the folder containing the Price List where you want to search. Once finished the search, the results will be displayed in the lower part of the ToolBox; then, by simply 'Dragging&dropping', it will be possible to insert the requested item in the document. HOW TO PROCEED 1) open the Find toolbox; 2) choose the Find price List item on disk option; 3) select the 'contains' condition from the Description field; 4) digit the requested word in the Description field (orTariff, or Price); 5) click on the Find bottom. -->see explanatory image |
