Estimated Labour Incidence: items order at printing stage

Antony 2017-09-05 16:59:09

I would like to share a request for assistance

Request
Is it possible to print, or to export to other formats, the 'Labour Incidence' documentwhere items follow the same order as the 'Bill of Quantities’, that is the way they were included in the "Measurements" page?

Answer
Items order at printing stage 'Estimated Labour Incidence' --> (see explanatory image)
In this document the items follow the 'Tariff' code order. Moreover, this document does not provide that several items are included with the same tariff code. Indeed, in the 'Estimated Labour Incidence' (as provided for the prints as well: Work Estimates, Proposal Request, Safety Incidence Estimates, Accounting Register Summary, Work Progress Statement) the items show the total quantity resulting from the sum of the quantities of the identical items (items having the same tariff code) billed several times in the document Measurements' editor.

Therefore, this document does not provide an items order different from the one suggested.

In order to obtain what you need, you can use the 'Super View' feature to add the 'Labour Incidence' and 'Labour Amount' columns directly from the grid; afterwards, you will be able to print the report and/or export the data to Excel format.
See explanatory images:
-->Super View opening and data personalization/organization in the grid
-->Report printing
-->Data exportation to Excel format

Note - in Super View,items are displayed the same way they were included in the 'Measurements' editor. The data displayed in the 'Super View' grid can be reordered, grouped, filtered, etc., according to your needs --> (see explanatory video).
