Request I would like to adapt my document’s Price List items to the ones included in the new “Price Book”: how can I do it?
Answer You need to use the "Update Price List items…" specific feature, available in the local menu of the document’s “Price List” page.
Once you activate the “Update Price List items” feature, you will just need to: 1. indicate the "new Price Book" according to which you want to update the document’s Price List; 2. indicate the field to compare (the one being identical in the “document’s Price List'” and the "new Price Book"); 3. indicate the fields to update in the document’s Price List.
If you follow the above instructions, the software will substitute, for the selected fields in the “Fields to update” section, the document’s Price List data with the ones of the “new Price Book”’.
