ANSWER: Most of the column widths can be changed by editing the settings in the "Configuration" page under "General Data". The rate code column is determined by the number of characters specified in the "Various and Signatures" page under settings. The width of the "description" column, is automatically adapted in relation to the widths of the other columns, the margins and the page size and orientation.
