| The 'Move Measurement Item...' feature isn't activeFelix 2016-03-11 15:18:25 Here's a new technical support case that I wanted to share with our users REQUEST I need to move various measurement items from one position to another but the "Move Measurement item" feature isn't available.; in fact, in the menu, it's greyed out (see image). This particular situation is occurring only with a specific document; the "Move Measurement item" seems to be active and working fine in other documents. Is there a reason behind this? ANSWER The "Move Measurement item" feature may appear to be inactive when the items in the 'Measurements' editor are ordered according to the 'Tariff' code and not by 'Ordinal Number'. To get the "Move Measurement item..." function working again, simply choose 'Ordinal number' in the 'Sort by' nel combo box under the 'View Options' toolbox.
