Question: When selecting the graphic elements in plan or in 3D views, or I switch view to see the reinforcements, I get the following error: Access violation at address in module ATIOGLXX.DLL What causes the problem and how can I solve it? Answer: This kind of error may be due to an incompatibility issue with the ATI/AMD video card graphics driver installed on the PC. You can easily fix this by disabling the "Use Hardware Acceleration" option in EdiLus. HOW TO PROCEED 1) launch EdiLus; 2) Select "Options" 3) remove the check at "Use Hardware Acceleration" 4) close and reopen EdiLus.
