I'm starting this new thread to share a technical support issue. One of our users is having a problem when inserting a horizontal floor slab and wants further info on how to do so.
To insert a horizontal floor slab, first select the slab which is in error, or laid out incorrectly, and change the recognition type in the floor object properties. Simply assign it with horizontal recognition and specify the floor slabs elevation.
This kind of difficulty may arise when the structural elements delimiting the area around the floor slab are aligned with different elevation values.
