Here's a technical support issue that I would like to share with our users.
Question When creating a new project in EdiLus, I no longer see the Menu Bar (Home, Drawing, Calculation, etc.), the program toolbar, or various icons. In some cases, the icons appear incomplete.
How can I restore the correct viewing mode for the interface?
Answer This issue might occur because the operating system didn't properly save the program interface during the last work session. To restore the default interface, follow these steps:
close the EdiLus program;
click the START button in Windows;
open the Run option. If you don't see it, press the Windows+R key combination to access it directly -> ;
in the Open field, type REGEDIT to open the System Registry Editor;
navigate to the following path: HKEY CURRENT USER/SOFTWARE/ACCA/EdiLus
expand the folder corresponding to the release you're using (the most recent release is the one with the highest number);
locate and delete the folder named INTERFACE within the release folder;
close the System Registry Editor window;
restart EdiLus.
This process will reset the program interface to its default settings, restoring full functionality.
