QUESTION: I need to design a stair structure with a single central beam and evenly distributed treads. ANSWER: To create this kind of structure, simply follows these few easy steps: - insert the stairs object; - from the properties toolbox, in the "type" field, select "Timber (on load bearing beams)"; - in Beams, "Numero", type "1"; - in the "RISER LINING" - "Thickness" field, type in the value: "0"; Then, to create an overlapping effect for each of the treads, type in a value in the "Front (overlap)" field in "TREAD LINING".
