Hi, i would like to share a support request from one of our customer:
support request: Whenever I try to insert doors or windows objects it ended up whit random lines on the drawing and the object is not inserted at all.
answer: In order to correctly insert these element please reset the default properties of the object by following the few steps below:
1.Select the tool menu from the toolbar 2.By clicking the utility button a neu cascade menu will came up. 3.Select the “restore default setting of object” option 4.Then click YES in order to complete the restore operation (any object already inserted will not be affected by this operation)
