Answer: To calculate the surface of the ROOM net of the staircase surface you can close the perimeter using the dummy wall object.  Note - Edificius can detect rooms and compartment subdivisions when the following partition type objects are used: Vertical Envelope, Curtain window and the Dummy envelope that are used as a perimetral contour to a determined surface.
