Edificius-CAD Has stopped functioning while opening a dwg/dxf file

I wanted to share a Technical support case with our users
REQUEST When I open a DWG or DXF CAD drawing I always get this message: Edificius-CAD has stopped functioning How do I solve this?
ANSWER You can solve this issue by simply renaming 'IcadManagedCommands_4.00_11.irx' stored in the 'Edificius-CAD' folder (C:\ACCA\.Common\Edificius-CAD).
HERE'S HOW TO PROCEED 1. close Edificius; 2. open the folder 'Edificius-CAD'(C:\ACCA\.Common\Edificius-CAD); 3. find the 'IcadManagedCommands_4.00_11.irx' file and rename it to 'OLD_IcadManagedCommands_4.00_11.irx'; 4. open Edificius, Edificius-CAD and try to open a DWG and/or DXF CAD drawing.
