Viewing different colours for rooms and compartments

A user has put through this interesting question that I wanted to share with our users
Question: In my Floor plans, I'd like to represent the various rooms with different colors. Is there a way of achieving this?
Answer: Yes, to show them with different colours proceed as follows:
- assign the zones with a colour; - assign a room with a zone; - open the floor plan - activate room visibility; - click on the styles button; - now select "EDIT"; - activate the "zone" layer for "non-sectioned parts" under rooms; - now switch off the "annotations" layer.
